Plenary Session "Building Donor Loyalty" (sponsored by Advocate Health Care)

Presented by Professor Adrian Sargeant, Ph.D., this keynote session will suggest a variety of very practical ways in which donor loyalty can be managed and enhanced.

Track 1: Practical Fundraising (sponsored by CCS)

This track is geared toward the fundraising professional with five or less years of experience and will cover the best practices for your development program including annual fund, stewardship and communication.

Track 2: Strategic Fundraising (sponsored by North Park University Axelson Center for Nonprofit Management)

This track is geared toward the fundraising professional with five or more years of experience and will focus on the strategy for acquiring major gifts. It will also cover such topics as planned giving, corporate giving and stewardship.

Track 3: Leadership (sponsored by Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management)

This track is geared toward the fundraising professional with five or more years of fundraising experience and will focus on leadership goals, strategies for improved leadership within your organization and principal gift giving.

Track 4: Discussing Philanthropy (sponsored by Advantage Consulting, Ltd.)

This track is geared toward all fundraising professionals looking for group participation throughout a session. It will cover a wide range of interesting philanthropic topics and include Interaction with participants, panel discussions and guest interviews.
