Ashli Owens, Development Coordinator, Spark Chicago, an organization that motivates students through workplace-based mentoring programs. 

 

We had a conversation with Ashli recently on when her interest in development began, her favorite part about working for Spark Chicago, and what she's looking forward to as she continues 2016 as an AFP Chicago Fellow.
