Creating an Inclusive Leadership Culture in Fundraising
Friday, October 03, 2025, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM CST
Category: Education Event

Nonprofit social impact organizations today find themselves, their staff, volunteers, and those they serve having to navigate a landscape changing in ways never before imagined. What embodies leadership in these times?  What’s new and what endures among skills and qualities critical to motivating and caring for teams, advancing service, and inspiring generosity? How must fundraisers contribute to leadership regardless of role, rank, and relationship in philanthropy today?

Join fellow fundraisers and leaders for a conversation on what organizations seek in candidates and vice versa. Discover how to excel in building an inclusive leadership culture, stay prepared for the evolving normal in your organization and career, and apply this inclusive focus to your relationships with donors.

Learning Objectives

1) Define an inclusive leadership culture in today's landscape, and how to determine that definition for your own organization.

2) How to put the lens of inclusion and leadership into action at your organizations and with your constituents, including tactics and tools

3) How to become an advocate and champion for a culture of inclusion both at work and beyond, and where to find the resources to hone those skills

This program is pending 1.5 CFRE hours.
