Join CCS Fundraising for an interactive, in-person session exploring how nonprofit leaders can cultivate resiliency among their teams through intentional coaching, a shift in team culture, and strategic capacity-building. In this workshop, we will explore real-world insights on how these practices can lead to transformational change, beginning with your internal teams. Attendees will learn from recent data, participate in facilitated discussions, and exchange ideas for fostering sustainable philanthropic practices.

PRESENTERS

Courtney Labetti, CFRE, MSM, CAP
Vice President
CCS Fundraising

For over eleven years, Courtney Labetti has dedicated her professional and personal life to supporting nonprofit organizations in furthering their missions and elevating their fundraising capacity by fostering collaboration and facilitating thought leadership. Courtney brings extensive experience in strategic fundraising, principal and major gifts, corporate and community engagement, individual giving, donor relations, marketing and communications, and capital campaigns. Courtney’s broad experience across sectors provides her with a strong understanding of complex organizations, including the competing priorities of multiple divisions and a variety of development disciplines. Courtney holds the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential and the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation. She earned her BA in Strategic Communications from Butler University and Masters in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago Liautaud Graduate School of Business.

Julia Hynes
Vice President
CCS Fundraising

Julia Hynes is a seasoned fundraising professional with over a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships across the nonprofit sector. Since joining CCS, she has guided organizations through major campaigns, feasibility studies, and transformational gift strategies, earning recognition for her collaborative leadership and results-driven approach. Julia has played a key role in securing record-breaking gifts and advancing ambitious capital campaigns, including a $500 million initiative with Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, IL, a $25 million campaign with the Birmingham Zoo, in Birmingham, AL, and a special fundraising initiative with Temple Beth El in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Prior to CCS, Julia held senior development roles at leading institutions including Marillac St. Vincent Family Services, The Field Museum, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she mobilized $4 million in corporate and board support annually and managed a team to design collaborative partnerships with corporate donors. She is actively engaged in civic life and serves on the executive board of Social Responsibility Chicago. Julia holds a B.A. in Psychology and History from Ohio University.
