Getting to know 2016 AFP Chicago Fellow Caryn Turgeon

Caryn Turgeon is the Manager of Individual Giving and Special Events at Umoja Student Development Corporation, an education nonprofit preparing Chicago high school students for postsecondary success.
We spoke with her recently about when and how she entered the development profession, her favorite part about working for Umoja, her latest adventure, and why she is excited to be an AFP Chicago Fellow this year.
