Board members are often our biggest advocates and cheerleaders. But how do we turn their passion into fundraising action? From annual giving to campaign asks, successful fundraising requires board members to advocate not only for the mission but also for your organization’s major gifts program. In this session, we will share tools on how nonprofit leaders can equip and coach board members to effectively fundraise. Our colleagues will share strategies and tactics on how to better engage your board and motivate them to make an ask on the organization’s behalf.
